How to use SanSavingClub
A quick walkthrough of the whole app, whether you're joining a club or leading one.
1. Create your account
- 1.Sign up with your name, email, and a password on the Register page.
- 2.Optional but recommended: turn on two-factor authentication from Profile → Security for extra protection.
- 3.Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page — you'll get a reset link by email.
2. Start a new club
- 1.From the Dashboard, click "Create club."
- 2.Enter the club name, the monthly quota per member, and the total club amount — the app works out how many members/turns fit automatically.
- 3.Pick the first due date and payout date from the calendar; later cycles repeat automatically from there.
- 4.Once created, share the invite code with your group so they can join.
3. Join a club
- 1.From the Dashboard, click "Join with code."
- 2.Enter the invite code your club leader shared with you.
4. Before activating (for leaders)
- 1.Go to your club's Admin panel → Turns, and assign each member the turn number they'll receive their payout on.
- 2.Use "Randomize Turns" to fairly draw turns for anyone who doesn't have one yet — it won't touch turns already assigned.
- 3.Once every member has a turn, click "Activate club" to start the payment schedule.
5. Report a payment
- 1.Open your club and go to "Report Payment."
- 2.Check the payment instructions your leader left (Zelle, Cash App, bank transfer, etc.) and send your quota that way first.
- 3.Then fill in the amount, date, and method, and attach a receipt screenshot if you have one.
- 4.Your leader reviews it and approves it — you'll see it reflected once approved.
6. Keep track of your club
- 1.The club page shows this cycle's payout, who receives it and when, plus the next due date.
- 2.Use the Calendar tab to see every due date and payout date for the whole club at a glance.
7. If you're the leader
- 1.Approve or reject reported payments from the "Report Payment" page's approval queue.
- 2.Once you've sent that cycle's pooled amount to whoever's turn it is, mark the payout as done — this closes the cycle and starts the next one.
- 3.From the Admin panel you can also manage members and turns, edit the club's settings and payment instructions, and post announcements.
8. Your profile
- 1.Update your password or enable/disable two-factor authentication from Profile → Security.
9. Still need help?
- 1.Send us a message from the Support page and we'll get back to you by email.
